There Isn't A Labor Shortage, There's An Abundance of Bad Companies
There are people in business (small and corporate) who want to be rulers as much as they want to make profits. That's the only possible explanation. What does a "structural" labor shortage actually mean?
In plain English, it means people a system where people aren't structurally forced to work on bad terms.
