My name’s Ed, I’m the CEO of national Media Relations and Public Relations company EZPR, of which I am both the E (Ed) and the Z (Zitron).
I host the Better Offline Podcast with iHeartRadio and Cool Zone Media, named one of the Best Podcasts of 2024 by Esquire, Vulture and The Information. I have an upcoming book with Penguin Random House called "Why Everything Stopped Working," to be released late in 2026.
I was previously a games journalist, writing for PC Zone, CVG, Eurogamer and others. I’ve been published in the The Atlantic, Business Insider, Wall Street Journal, USAToday, TechCrunch, and named one of the top 50 PR people in tech four times. I’ve written two books, and you are welcome to learn more here.
I live and work out of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as New York City.

Can I Advertise On Your Newsletter?
Yes! Email me at ed@ezpr.com. I have an extremely high bar both for advertisers and the cost of advertising on here - I have 55,000 subscribers and a 55-60% open rate, as well as an 8-11% clickthrough rate.
I do not do any kind of outcome-based advertisement (IE: X number of people click through and you pay me Y), so any kind of agreement would effectively be a sponsorship. I have an engaged reader base and you will have to pay to get in front of them, as I also do not need advertising to support this newsletter.
